Reservation Policy

Minimum stay: We have a two night minimum stay for all reservations.

Deposits: A 25% deposit is required to reserve and the balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival.

Payment: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

Check-in: Check-in time is 3:00 pm and check-out time is 11:00 am.

Cancellation Policy

Tradewinds Cottage
A full refund, less a 25% cancellation fee, will be given for cancellations made 30 days or more prior to arrival. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to your arrival or depart earlier than your registered check out date, we will refund the amount that you paid less a 25% cancellation fee only if we are able to rebook the entire stay at the cottage.

If anything is missing or damaged after you check out, we will charge your credit card for the cost of the repair and/or replacement of the item. Please let us know if there are any accidents or problems.

Special Amenities

Guests are welcome to stroll through the flower gardens and pick tropical fruit in season. A fruit picker is available at the main house.

Laundry facilites are available free of charge for guests staying 3 or more nights.
